Beyond the Ordinary
Educational Insight offers specialized tutoring services tailored for neurodivergent students, struggling readers, and homeschool families. We use the research-backed Reading Horizons program, based on the Orton-Gillingham method, to strengthen reading, comprehension, writing, and spelling skills. In addition, we provide targeted support in math, comprehension, and writing for students who need extra help. For homeschool families, we assist with curriculum selection, lesson planning, and scheduling.
Our services are led by a master teacher with over 30 years of experience in public, private, and homeschool settings, and a master's degree in Education in Curriculum and Instruction. At Educational Insight, we prioritize building strong, positive relationships with our students to create a supportive and empowering learning environment.

Specialized Reading Program
Students working with Educational Insight typically experience significant academic gains. Our reading program, implemented over approximately one year, aims to advance reading skills by at least one grade level. Improvements are also seen in spelling, writing, comprehension, academic performance, and overall confidence.
Individualized Tutoring
In addition to our specialized Reading Program, Educational Insight offers tutoring in reading comprehension, English grammar, and math (Kindergarten through pre-algebra). Each student will receive specialized help in learning and understanding challenging subject areas, building knowledge and confidence for future academic successes.
Educational Coaching
We also serve as educational consultants for homeschool families and parents, providing expert guidance and support. Educational consultation focuses on recognizing each student's unique learning journey and tailoring curriculum, daily plans, checklists, and schedules to support their growth into more independent and confident learners.
